Regardless of what many may say; we are all under a high demand of stress even more nowadays. It came across my mind September 29, 2020; Even though I have been thinking about this constantly for years. I decided today will be a new day going forward in my life. I no longer will take any part of allowing people to make their issues my issues. I realized that we have so many issues of our own that our own life itself can and will take a lot of our own time. You really dont have much of your own time to entertain others negative energy. This has been an important factor in my life for about 11 years now I have noticed it more. Well I want to share with you all some ways in changing your life by not entertaing someone elses negative entities they have within themselves. 

The question is how do you not entertain?

1.) Don't acknowledge their issues; by you constantly giving them attention your hurting yourself. How is that so you are focusing more on their issues and neglecting yourself. 

2.) You are putting their issues before yourself you are taking on their negative energy. How can you break that curse their bringing your way. 

3.) Focus more on you; spend less time entertaining their bad habbits; Don't always be available for their drama; find away to constantly lift your self up because 80% of the time you will need it. 

4.) They will constantly continue to call you; once they figure out you are not available they will move on to someone else they can fill with their problems. If their behavior continue to damage others and continue to be problematic for others, eventually hopefully they will get the memo some will some won't. They will start to look at themselves and wonder why things are not no longer working in their favor they can no longer break others spirits. 

5.)If their worthy enough to see all their flaws they will now know that it was them all along. So to better say this they will find a way to seek the mental help one way or another.

6.) A person will only know if they need help by admitting their own faults and issues that is one of the first steps. 

7.) The bottom line is to lift your spirits up constantly by putting more positive things, people etc. in your life by staying away from negative energy. You have to keep yourself well rounded because you need it yourself. Giving your positive energy to others leaves you with none. 

So remember to always put yourself first to know what, and how much you can handle and take and say no to problems that are above and beyond your spirit can handle.
